Weight Loss & Nutrition
It's no secret that what we eat and drink is as important to our health and wellbeing as exercise! Calories in versus calories out -it’s not hard… in theory! With the demands of work, home, family, money and time factors weighing us down it's not surprising that health and wellbeing sometimes takes a backseat. With a Certificate in Nutrition, Kirsten offers realistic assistance and works with YOUR likes and dislikes, YOUR schedule and routine.
Meet Leanne! Leanne is in a highly demanding role as a Director in development of upgrades for a major Melbourne hospital, President of Essendon Ladies Hockey Club and a Victorian Representative hockey player. Like many of us Leanne gradually put on weight in her 30’s. By looking carefully at what she was eating and drinking Leanne began to lose those extra kilos. Add to this her competitive nature and a dream to represent Victoria in her chosen sport and look at her now! Having trained in the boxing bootcamp’s and personal training for over 18 months Leanne is excited in the changes in her body. Increased strength and toning and Leanne is now playing her highest level of hockey in over ten years.
Testimonials
- "A trainer who is honest and realistic? Hard to find. This is the kind of service that I’ve been looking for. I’m doing this training for health and wellbeing, I don’t want to be sore for days after but I still want results. This training is aimed at my needs." - Kate M
- "I have just made it back into my ‘skinny jeans’! Haven’t been able to wear them for years! Thanks for all your help!" - Char L
- "Training with Kirsten for nearly two years has me playing the highest grade of hockey I’ve ever played! I feel stronger and more capable in games. I look forward to training –we never know what to expect in a session." - Jacq W
- "I enjoy a mix of training –variety. In sessions we do some strength training, boxing and exercises with or without equipment, all in gorgeous park surroundings. I wouldn’t have it any other way." - Clayton C
- "The sessions are great. With on-going issues with my foot and leg I’ve NEVER stuck with any kind of training, until now. I feel great!" - Jane F
- "I never thought I'd be the kind of person who had a personal trainer. I thought I should be able to motivate myself to exercise. Consequently I exercised only occasionally - usually overdoing things and needing to have a long rest in between bouts. Reaching a certain age I realised that my physical health was not something to be taken for granted. Now after continual training I'm amazed at how much fun it is getting fit and how satisfying it is to achieve goals and to find myself being able to lift things without breaking my back and, wonder of wonders, succeed in jogging around Princes Park." - Erica W
